It was good to see Misa return. saffi kept the room open late and Chaldea had Her hair done by eru and roshay. Aneesha names Her favourite drink as 'Alba Kalana'. eru has been given temporary sanctuary on Helisto.

6th July - Sunday

Manon leads saffi up for an impromptu dance with Her!! Later, Manon encourages saffi to an off the cuff dance with eru - which went very well!
Then saffi and eru inveigle the Guards Wendron and Vallyantt into letting them keep cool in the HoT garden fountains (good r/p girls!)

7th July - Monday

It is accepted that eru is gifted to Kazahr and Talarius takes her there and gives her to Siimone's keeping. Sadly, riya calls to inform that she is leaving Gor.
The cost of the Bay Barrier is estimated at 5,000 gold only, as most can be made from the Island's resources.
Karima is invited to attend the tarn race in Her capacity of Physician.

The Admiral announces that he's organising a squadron to take depth soundings around the Island up to a distance of 3 pasangs.

9th July - Wednesday - Talarius visits Kazahr to flog Sweepstake tickets!

A visit to see how the Bay Barrier project is progressing - still at the soil shifting stage! As Siimone wishes harmony to do some scribing work Talarius asked tasha to help her if she could.
It was interesting to hear from Manon that Her FC set Her to write a treatise on Gorean ethics! Some obvious plotting between the FW - was SoBM mentioned??

12th July - Saturday

Chimalis buys the last Sweepstake ticket (No. 10) for Her soon to be born child and Talarius contributes a silver to the wager on it.
Talarius hazards 2 silver on a bet that Robak will be unable to go without alcohol before Chimalis' birthday on September 24th !! The money goes to the child's welfare and if Robak loses He wears a tutu. Siimone was asked to write up the story of Kazahr's expedition that encountered Kurii - that Kazahr and Helisto may continue it!

13th July - Sunday - Talarius pays a social visit to Kazahr with saffi .... later the slaves played with a lot of NPC's in Helisto!

14th July - Monday

The Novices Cup tarn race! Only 12 of the 20 novice riders finished the course. The winner was Hagyr(Aiken)!! Second place to Pom’nester(Judas). Third is Frettus(harmony) and taking the lowest perch for fourth is Kados(saffi)!! Then came Patrocus(Agrit), Broliak(Chimalis/Robak), Tarpio(asha), Pluvious(Manon), Kimterk(Sarcas), Dominus(Siimone) and joint last Irmushu(Robak) and Thurinus(Chimalis). It was an exciting race!!

15th July - Tuesday

The date of the Cosian Regatta is decided on as 30th August, commencing around 10pm Helisto time.
Talarius pays the Admiral 20 gold and saffi 6 shiny bina for T/their rider's finishes in the race.

17th July - Thursday

Talarius lost the scroll but there were three or four in Helisto!!!


18th July - Friday - Talarius visits Cos and speaks with Manon, Agrit and Judas. It is agreed to put 'safe zone' in the Helisto room topic as then Manon will feel better about kae visiting.

butterfly took an Helisto collar and is now named mariposa~bs~Helisto. Welcome to Helisto mari!!

Manon gives Talarius an excuse to mess around with a map - as if He needed one! A new kajirus, bennie, impresses in the room, but fails to impress in whisper.

21st July - Monday

To the surprise of A/all, Aiken released petal from her collar and She became again the FW Swan!! Luckily He had kept Her robes safe!!!
W/we welcomed Swan back Home and back into Helisto tags!
Chimalis gave the Admiral to give to saffi a gift of a blue slave bracelet in thanks for her help in a shopping expedition.

22nd July - Tuesday

A Builder called Kardioskoto arrived to beg an Island collar and is now the thrall elias. The kajira kaela was gifted by Manon to Helisto and is now also collared to Helisto. The new slave mari seems to be settling into Helisto life well under tasha's guidance and help from saffi of course! There was a visit from the Baker Aella of Kazahr who later sent riya to bring a few samples of Her baking to Helisto. Manon and Talarius pore over maps of the Archipelago Islands.
