General Policy:  We welcome all young cricketers whether they are new to the game or experienced players. We do all we can to make sure that any young player who can safely play in a match will do so with participation our highest priority.

League Teams:  In 2012 we will operate 2 league sides at U13 and 1 at U11 in the NEC Youth Cricket League. We are keen to establish teams in other age groups and will arrange friendly matches whenever we can for other age groups.

Coaching:  We are now Clubmark accredited and in addition to a program of cricket matches we run a youth coaching night every Thursday night from 6.00 till 8.00 pm. Players will usually be coached in their own age group by an ECB Level 2 coach who is likley to be a senior player at the club. We provide all equipment and do not require that white clothing is worn at our coaching evenings. T shirt a track suit bottoms with trainers is fine.

Finance: We operate a pay as you play policy making a charge of £4.00 for the Thusday sessions and £5.00 per match (home or away). When a player starts to play cricket regularly a parent is asked to join he main club at an annual fee of £40.00. Al pay as you play fees are kept in specifically for investment in youth cricket.

Clubmark:  All parents will be asked to complete an application and review our welfare policies.
